Beautiful house with a sea view. It is spacious and clean, and the terrace in the middle of the house is so particular, wonderful for living outside in the day time and enjoying dinners outside. The swimming pool is a huge plus but the beaches which are 5 minutes by car are spectacular. This is the third time we have returned and we love it. Home away from home.

The villaggio is very pleasant, peaceful, and safe. The house was very well-equipped and had everything we needed.

The location and the architecture are lovely. The village is beautifully situated and close to amazing beaches. There is a large and beautiful pool (however it should be noted there was a sign saying that it would be closed on Saturdays), and the villa we stayed in was comfortable. The rooms are arranged around a central courtyard, which is lovely in the summer, but due to this, several doors must be locked separately (ie the bedroom and living room area are not connected), and if you don't feel comfortable with unlocked doors this can get a bit tedious. The flat had nice indoor and outdoor seating areas and a well equipped kitchen.

We were sent a receipt ahead of our trip detailing the various cost components, some of which had to be paid via bank transfer and some in cash. Given that I booked with credit card, this was tedious, especially as there are few ATMs around the location, and those that we found had a fee for withdrawal. The receipt also further specified that basically any special request comes at extra cost, even Wi-Fi (which we ended up getting for free, thank you.) When we arrived, we were surprised that no amenities that you might typically expect were available: no toiletries (not even soap), no coffee, no detergent for the washing machine. We were given a bottle of wine as a welcome gift, which was a kind gesture, but I could not partake of it as I currently cannot drink alcohol. The price included a hefty cleaning fee, which we had been aware of at the time of hooking. However we were not amused that we received instructions for checkout specifying we would have to clean up, empty the clean dishwasher and take out trash to a collection site at the edge of the village.

The apartment was very generous specially with nice furnishings and decor. Our flight was late but Maurizio waited up for us and helped carry our bags to the apartment!! The pool was amazing (if a little cold!) and the location was 5 - 20 minutes from multiple amazing beaches and restaurants. Overall an amazing stay 👌

Here's the translation: --- It was a delightful vacation. The apartments are beautiful. We were supposed to stay in house 21, but we were accommodated in house 10. House 10 offers a stunning sea view, the best on this villa. The apartments are very clean and cozy. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay is provided. The rooms are absolutely clean, and the kitchen has everything you need and even more. Erica and Maurizio are ready to help at any time of the day. They are very kind and responsive people. They create the impression of Italy. There are many beautiful beaches nearby. The restaurants around the villa leave much to be desired, but the villa's atmosphere makes up for these inconveniences. I highly recommend this villa for visiting Sardinia. --- Let me know if you need any further assistance!
