Apartment "Villa Nicolette" - Menaggio by LoveComo

The ONLY issue was that there was no full length mirror in the villa.

The villa is up a hill overlooking the lake with fabulous views. It was clean and well laid out with good sized rooms and well equipped.

We had been told that unfortunately due to the poor weather in recent weeks that the decking around the pool hadn't been repaired as had been planned. But we also had three broken sunbeds (these were replaced the day after I raised it), the air conditioning in the smaller bedroom didn't work at all and the unit in the master bedroom was unusable as it dripped water ever time it was turned on. I reported it and LoveComo were waiting for the engineers to get back to them, but we heard nothing prior to us leaving. We also had an issue with the fuse box tripping at the end of the villa where the master bedroom was. It tripped every day at least once and on Monday it went four times. Again, reported but no action while we were there. Lastly we only had one set of keys which meant if we wanted to go out in separate groups it was very difficult to achieve - for a villa that sleeps 8 people there should be at least two sets for the gates and doors.

hike up the hill, difficult to find, broken area around the pool, dishwasher was not emptied on arrival, wifi was failing, lack of wine glasses and cups, electricity is an issue in the property
