Es muy amplia, perfecta para hacer una carnita asada, prender leña y pasar un fin de semana agradable.

Solo considero un poco mas de protección o de seguridad, ya que esta muy abierto a cualquier persona, pero todo esta excelente

It is close to town. The owner was friendly and helpful via WhatsApp. It was mostly clean. Love the firepit outside and fireplace inside.

We had problems with the property manager from the second we arrived. She sent me a location on Google maps but it was incorrect. Then when I tried to call her to get directions, she didn't answer. When we finally arrived at the cabin, we encountered a super strong smell of sewage. There were also only two towels and 4 pillows even though there were 5 people. There was one kind bed and two queen sofa beds but the pull out part for both sofa beds was broken. When I told the manager about all of the problems, she blamed me saying that i didn't tell her how many people and that she told me to bring extra pillows. Neither of those things were true. She also told me that she wouldn't come until the following afternoon to fix everything. I insisted she come that night. She ended up sending a maintenance worker. I had to pay $1800 extra for the extra people so I am not sure why they couldn't accommodate everyone. On our final morning, the toilet stopped flushing. Once again, I could not contact the manager. I had to contact the owner instead, who was able to contact the manager himself. When the manager finally showed up, I told her that her behavior was unacceptable and I was requesting a refund. She called the owner to accuse me of abusing her. We left a day early. No sort of refund was ever offered. Not sure how this place has such good reviews

La limpieza, la ubicación, excelente lugar para relajarse y tener tranquilidad

There were three identical cabanas: Estrella, Luna, and Sol (Star, Moon, Sun). The owner put us (two women) in Luna because he felt we would feel safer in the middle. We would have felt safe in any of them. The cabanas are on a dead-end street so there is no through traffic. They are also out of town so the combination made the location very safe and quiet. Although the cabanas around and across from us were rented out over the weekends, it was still quiet. The weekdays were totally serene. The cabana is the perfect size for two people. The furnishings are comfortable, (especially the bed), and there is plenty of hot water for showers and the huge jacuzzi tub. There is a nice outdoor space with a beautiful picnic table and a fire-pit. A small bodega is within easy walking distance and has some essentials if you run out of something. The owner, Fernando, and his manager, Blanca, were more than accommodating to our every need and were instantly available via WhatsApp. While Fernando was in town from Guadalajara, he took the time to come and introduce himself. Blanca is a delightful young woman who works hard to keep the tenants happy. We were there for three weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. Mazamitla is a great little pueblo with plenty of shopping, good restaurants, and areas to explore.
