Raggio di Sole

"I recently with my husband had the pleasure of staying at Raggio di Sole in Sorrento and had an incredible experience. The host, Anna, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Each morning, she provided a delicious breakfast, which was a perfect way to start the day. Anna also took care of every detail to make our stay as convenient as possible. She kindly arranged a pick-up for us from the train station upon our arrival, making it so much easier to reach the home. Additionally, at the end of our stay, Anna graciously dropped us off at the train station, saving us the hassle of finding transportation. Anna's dedication to providing excellent service was truly remarkable. She not only provided daily breakfast, new towels, and cleaning but also went the extra mile to make sure we had a seamless experience from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Although I didn't have the chance to meet Raffaele in person, he was incredibly helpful over the phone. He provided us with all the necessary information on how to reach the house and offered valuable insights for our excursions in the area. His guidance made our visit to Sorrento even more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend Raggio di Sole for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming home stay in Sorrento. Anna's hospitality, along with the added convenience of pick-up and drop-off services, and Raffaele's assistance truly made our stay exceptional. I cannot wait to visit again!"

Host was extremely friendly and helpful. Always made sure we had a good supply of food. Even did our washing! Location 10min walk to 2 beautiful beaches

Great locally produced food was left for us to eat - bread, cheese, cold meats etc. The property is in a great location. Just a 10 min ride on the local bus for Euro 1.50. The local beach and resturants are about 1km down the cliff path and they are MUCH better than those in Sorrento town. Nicer people, better food, cheaper (in Sorrento it feels like they are all after your money!)

The property is next to quite a busy road, so there is traffic noise at night in the front bedroom. I sleep well so it wasn't a problem for me. The back bedroom is much quieter. The outside / balcony area is fine for drying clothes, but not great for sitting out with a coffeee etc.

Too close to the road, bed was broken on one side, The shower kept over flowing, stained towels. Didn’t smell clean, damp smell and an ant infestation.

A wonderful experience, we felt like we were greeted by family. Anna and her family are wonderful hosts.

Everything was perfect.

Host was great!.....provided snacks, fresh bread, muffins, fruit, cheese, wine, juice ..... much appreciated. She also recommended a great sorrento restaurant, which had shuttle service. In addition, we were connected directly with a tour excursion.good

Place was a little further out than we thought.....not walkable to Sorrento. . Couldn't find advertised beach access.....

Wonderful family that runs the property. Unit was spotless and mom Anna well stocked the kitchen with fresh fruit, breads, lunchmeats and even beverages! Pietro was very kind to pick us up and drop off at the train station which was most appreciated! Easy access to central Sorrento with the bus stop 3-4 minutes away.

Property is right off of the narrow road side and main bedroom is on the front closest to the road.
