"Casa Margarita 30 minutes walk to Zocala"

Walking 30 minutes Zocala and 5 minutes to several cafe & restaurants and Oxo store, mini grocery stores and 7 minutes walk to laundry for 75 pesos. Goes by weight. Soaps, shampoo, bottled water, coffee & powdered milk plus tea. Coffee maker, microwave, kettle & utensils,gasses and cups available. TV fine with UTube & Netflix & others. Enjoyed my stay but a few insects, occasional flys & tiny salamanders around. Air conditioning worked fine.

Must climb steps to second floor with private patio and private bathroom. No bathtub. Water pressure lo in taps and toilet but hot & cold water shower top knotch.

La casa cuenta con una terraza privada para uso de los huéspedes, es genial. El apartamento es pequeño pero cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar para una estancia corta . La casa se encuentra a 15-20 minutos caminando de Oaxaca centro, una zona muy tranquila. Quería hacer una mención especial a la familia que lleva la casa, encantadores y serviciales. También os recomendaría comprar el desayuno en la casa de al lado 10/10.

El baño podría mejorar, la presión de la ducha no es la mejor y el espacio es bastante reducido.

They admit dogs on the property. Which was not a huge problem but the barking sometimes could be annoying.

So comfortable and clean hot water Tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge in a small shared area was perfect A 10 min walk to restaurants etc Really nice area very quiet but not far from main spot Staff lovely and helpful

El patio y la seguridad que tiene la casa Dispone de cafetera con caffe y te Las camas no son nada cómodas

Esta bastante retirado el baño esta a fuera de la habitación y no hay presión de agua para ducharte y no sale muy caliente
