The location

I never got the place I booked. There was a tenant that refused to abandon the spot and Pepe (the owner) did not kick him out to accommodate me. He tried to give me a different spot in the same property which smelled heavily like cat urine. In the end I was moved to a different location about a block away. Pepe seems to have some cognitive issue, while harmless, and I have to say he is nice, he lacks common sense and makes it extremely difficult to communicate your basic simple booking needs. Oh but when it comes to charging you he sure has no problem doing that.

Falta de limpieza y mantenimiento, baños incómodos, falta fumigar ya que había arañas. Televisión no funciona. De cuatro noches sólo estuvimos dos.

El departamento está bien ubicado y es amplio.

Había muchos gatos en la entrada al departamento. Todo olía a gato y tenía pelo de gato. El departamento no estaba muy limpio, las cobijas olían a sucio, por lo que fue muy incómodo pasar la noche allí. Ademas hubo una confusión al llegar pues le habían dado nuestra reserva a otras personas. La entrada al departamento es por una escalera de caracol sumamente estrecha e incómoda. Jamás volvería.
