清潔で周辺が静か、寝具や家具、家電など全て清潔だったし、各種説明書も多言語翻訳で設置されていたため外国人を含むグループでも便利だった。チェックイン/チェックインアウトもセルフサービスだっので時間さえまもれば自由に出入りができたこと。

チェックインが3時からのみだったこと。有料対応でも構わないので午後1時〜なども対応してもらえたら更に良かった。キッキンは広いが包丁&まな板が一つづつのみで複数で同時に調理できなかったことと、鍋やスープを入れられるような深めの取り皿や醤油差しに使えるような小皿が不足していたことは少し不便でした。和室で使った折りたたみ式マットレスが若干薄く、もう少し厚みがあると良かった。　プロジェクターが2階の寝室ではなく一階のリビングルームだと皆で食事中にも使えたかと思った。
