"Homestay at Taman Uni Central."

1. Location is good near the UNIMAS university. 2. The housing area is nice. 3. Facilities provided is almost good, clean and comfortable. 4. Internet is provided, the most important one.

1. No microwave available to reheat food. Suggest to put one. 2. Need to clean the bathroom. Eventhough its clean during the visit but can see its started to get dirty at the wall of the bathroom. Regular cleaning maintainence required. 3. The iron and the iron board need to be change. Quite old and sticky. 4. Suggest to put water drinking purifier like coway or cuckoo or etc.... at least visitor no need to buy drinking water outside.
