AUGreat location. Lovely and clean. Comfortable house. We had trouble with one of the air condors and they were immediately helpful, and set us up with alternative heating in case we had further problems.
We found it hard to open the roller door to get access ther front door. It was so heavy we thought it was locked at first. Older people would struggle to open and close it, I think. And you have to open and close it each time you come or go fron the house.
SGThe location is good and is clean
The apartment unit number is not properly stated. The stair is narrow, and the toilet bowl is placed in a funny angle and small. Bed sheets and pillow cases are not laid out when we reach.

AUSGYou can have the whole apartment. Agent is quite responsive except that we waited for very long to know password to access apartment on arrival date even though we have kept agent posted of time of arrival.
Location - it is not convenient if not driving. Stairs - tiring to ascend n descend between 2 floors. Perhaps should install a TV at dinning area instead of putting inside the small bed room. Should have a bigger TV in the bigger living room space on 2nd flr. 3rd floor is a waste! Its so spacious but nobody will use the space as it is even more difficult to ascend n descend. Useable space is actually very little due to the structure and design. Parking space is very small and shuttle has to be left open. We found a burnt electric kettle upon arrival and informed the agent. Owner provided a brand-new one the next day. However as we have started to use the metal kettle to boil water over the stove we did not use the brand new electric kettle. But this shows that the cleaner n agent did not check the utensils when tenants move out as the burnt electric kettle seems aged.
