Das Personal war sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit.

スタッフの方の対応が、とてもよく。気持ちよく宿泊できました。ありがとうございました。花火のくじに、朝食のパンも美味しく。また、機会があれば利用したいです。

室内も、とても綺麗でしたので特になかったです。

北海道旅行の帰り道の途中休憩地点として宿泊しました。最後の宿泊は静かにのんびり休みたく、貸しコテージにしました。あまり期待はしてなかったのですが、とても綺麗に清掃されていて気持ちよく過ごす事ができました。朝食のパンも頂けたのと花火も頂いて、思いがけず子供達も楽しく過ごせたみたいです。今度は福島目標に遊びに行ってみたいと思いました♪ありがとうございました。

特に無し。キャンプ旅の帰りだったので、食器・寝具が付いていて綺麗なトイレが有れば私たちは満足です。

Very comfortable and cosy cabin..family really enjoyed our stay. It was good having a separate loft & bedroom upstairs and the cabin was big enough for a family of 4.

The pillows were not comfortable. They were made with hard beads. Towels were also not included. We didn't know you had to hire this. We found this out when we got to the cabin and then had to drive back out to the reception place, which is not in the village complex to pick it up. I'd rather they just include upfront the towels and charge the hire cost to the stay in infom us when we pick up the keys. Also, there was no tea towel.
