This place was in a good location and very spacious for our group of 7. It was about 10mins away from the station and less than that for shopping and food. The nearby convenience store is a plus too .

The place wasn't very clean. We noticed mold in several places and the floors were quite dusty. A small inconvenience is the bedroom upstairs and air conditioning. You can't close the door or else 2 beds don't get any air.

Only the location

First off all, when we entered it smeled very bad and then we discovered that all the house has a problem with a mug smell. All of us at the emd off the vacation there we had a problem with caugh. Then the cleaning was not good, it was dust over all, on the doors to. On the bathroom was so cold and if you have children iti is a problem. And the stairs are too steep and dangerous for both children and seniors. this should be specified in the apartment description. Now we are home and all the clothes smells like mold.

Bersih, selesa tapi tangga tak boleh bincang haha..level 2, kalau pintu masuk ke dalam atau bukak dari belah kanan is much better..overall ok sebab paling murah kat bandar kyoto..dekat dengan tmpt shopping..

Good location close to gion main street. Nice living room area. 7 beds.

Stairs were very steep and cramped

Great location and well functioning WiFi. Decently eqquiped kitchen.

Unfortunately we were disappointed by this place for several reasons. Firstly, it didn't seem to be cleaned - all surfaces were dusty and floors were dirty (easy to figure out when walking around the house in socks). I asked if there will be cleaning service coming during our stay (6nights in total) but they weren't. We didn't get clear instructions about separation so we hope we did it somewhat right Sofas are really old and in bed shape so I wouldn't recommend anyone to sleep on them. Plus, there is no curtain in that room so it's bright all the time. Fire signals are really bright (as they should be I guess) but I cannot believe people sleep right beneath them. We were covering them for the night as it was bright like a sun. !! Watch out for the steep staircase. In combination with heavy doors opening to the stairs, we are happy we didn't fall (3-4 near misses though)!!

It was convenient to Kawaranomachi. The laundry machine was very helpful.

This accommodation is meant for a large group of adults that just need a place to sleep. This place is bare bones. The couches were worn to the point that you felt the springs. The stairs are so steep that I wound up falling while carrying the suitcases. I sprained my ankle and limited myself for the rest of the trip. Lastly, the bathroom windows open into the garage that can be seen from the street. Had to leave them closed which caused a lot of steam buildup.

Great location, can ammodate to at least 7 persons at affordable price. Friendly too.

Staircase. The room is separated into 3 level. Personally its not kids friendly due to the staircase.
