Cute house with 2 separate bedrooms, great for families and easy walk to the train station.

The futons could have been a little thicker for a comfortable sleep.

Love Kyoto Kyoenkan is an excellent 2 bedroom apartment with multiple futon beds and everything you could possibly need (linen, towels, bathroom with soap/shampoo/conditioner, toilet, well equipped kitchenette, a living room, TV, a small fridge, a washing machine with dryer, and much more). Our hostess waited for us very patiently after we were delayed through no fault of our own, and she thoroughly explained/displayed all the features of the apartment. I give the apartment and our hostess a 5 star rating. Please note that the apartment is tucked away in a short alleyway. Love Kyoto is well sign posted on the door. Love Kyoto is a 12 minute walk from Kyoto railway station and a major shopping mall (Kyoto Aventi), even less to restaurants and convenience stores such as 7-Eleven. Very, very convenient location. Happy travels. Japan is an awesome country and its people are a delight. You will not find better accommodation than Love Kyoto. So much better and more spacious than a hotel room. Again, I give the apartment and our hostess 5 stars.

There was nothing that I disliked.

Very nice and friendly welcome by the person waiting for us at the property who showed us the accomodation. The property is very close to Kyoto station and in a quite location.
