The interior is good and relatively clean, but the maintenance and customer service could definitely improve. First, the toilet bidet was not reliable and would not activate sometimes when I turn it on. Secondly, the main door was also not working and I had to use the side window/door to get in and out the three days I was staying there. Thirdly, would not really recommend for families travelling with kids as there’s a myriad of rules that just kept me on my toes the whole time I was there. Though my main problem was the fact that the customer service was definitely not up to par to Japanese standards. I’m not trying to demand some sort of royalty level service but when I was emailing them about my issue with the main door, there were not reading my responses and were in denial that the door was not working. I tried multiple times and followed through their instructions as well as directly videoing myself doing exactly as per instructions, which were to press the button longer ( I pressed around 5 seconds or more). The response I got was did I press the button long enough yet? And I message them again to read my email and got a similar reply back. All I hoped from them was some sort of apology and admission of mistake. Not asking too much I hoped. Hope they see this and improve.

Entry difficult ….needed help from local hotel who said other travellers had needed to do so also Passport verification had been sent earlier and site said so too but that wasn’t right Using 2 different codes for entry ie gate and house was very difficult
