Kitchen was basic but servicable, same with furniture. Great bed! Excellent location. Loved the covered front "porch". Perfect size place for a couple on vacation.

Wifi was really slow, roosters next door were loud, dirt lot across street was bad when it was windy. Traffic on nearby street. But this is Mexico and most of this was expected.

mice feces everywhere, in the pull out bed, could not use the sofa bed, flies, next to chickens and roosters causing noise all night long, knew there would be a problem when i walked in and found ear plugs on the table, promoted for 4 people with 3 towels, 2 mugs, 3 wine glasses, old teflon pans scratched up, had to purchase a pan, 1 dish towel for a 7 day stay, dark, the place could be cute but needs a lot of freshening. Refrigerator motor was louder than the chickens.

Perfect location - close to main square, with restaurants and bars, and supermarket and shops. On nice quiet street, with best fish tacos just round the corner (del Rays!). There are chickens and cockerels next door, but they didn't disturb us, as they're quiet when it's dark.

Only stayed one night - would like to have stayed longer!

Convenient location, spacious room, fabulous shower, very clean, comfortable patio. Loved the chickens.

NONE of this is in your control—-Neighbors getting fishing boat out at 6 am, yelling at each other, dog barking all night at house near by. Your property was great!

Excellent location to the town center. We could walk to everything. We also enjoyed the outside seating area and private yard space.

It is unfortunate such a nice casita is next door to a "rooster ranch". Early morning roosters are sort of a given in Mexico but this was somewhat over the top. Earplugs were provided...and necessary. There was also a problem with the water pump, but I expect the host will have that fixed for the next renters.

Can't beat the location, this casita has everything you need. Quaint, adorable, and absolutely perfect for two people. It was spotless when we arrived.
