Stunning beach holidays house with 24h security

We arrived for our confirmed one night stay at the address given us and there was already a family staying there. They told us that the address was correct.

We struggled with problems with water for the whole week would contact host and problem was never fixed he would just send the cleaning lady to check and she would just say “ay Que pena” which means aww I feel bad for you guys then 2 days after stay host is trying to charge me 350usd for not following policies also floor was dirty when we got there sofa in living room had a broken leg, hot water didn’t work , paint was peeling in most of the rooms and we also went 2 days with no water at all

Nice surroundings with a pool and lots of parking in shadow.

Could be more cleaner

quiet, super clean, its a huge place, all brand new and beautiful design.

Town house in secure complex

The description of this unit was overstated, it was wasnt stunning or near a beach. The unit itself was ok but not well maintained.  Cupboard doors falling off, mowing required, stains on tiles in bathroom, no toiletries, a rear light I couldn't turn off even after contact with the owner. Worst was no fly screens on the doors. I don't use air con and got bitten to death. The facilities were ok for me but one small couch would not be sufficient if the house was full. Owner forgot to tell security I was staying which led to hold ups, not great late at night. Disappointing.
