The host Mdm Seo Ki Suk is very superb host. We had an amazing experience with her. Her customer service was top-notch.She came and pick up us at Gapyeong Station, sent us to grocery shop.When we arrived at this resort, she gave free upgrade our reservation to biggest room. The next day she pick up us two ways to Nami Island from her resort. On our last day, she help us again by sent us to Gapyeong Station. Dear Mdm, you really made our vacation at Nami Island with full of great memories and KOREA become more beautiful. Thank you very much for all your kindness towards me and my families. Please consider to get her resort because her service is very outstanding. Well done 🥰🥰🥰

We absolutely loved it! It was the most magical stay we've ever had. The view, the room, and the host were all incredible! My kids loved it too. Sadly, we could only stay for one night but we will definitely come back!

There’s absolutely nothing to dislike about this property.

Spacious room and view! By the time we arrived there it became chilly. We entered the warm room and felt like home immediately.

Amazing location Host was absolutely incredible. I got the train to Gapyeong but didn’t have my own transport so she insisted on driving me everywhere I wanted to go. Such a hospitable and friendly place

"Beautiful pension with super nice owner"

First of all the hotel owner is soooo nice. She helped us a lot, thank you very much! Location is amazing, it is better however to have a car if you want to see all the highlights of the area. Very big room with a window front overlooking Nami Island. There is a big fridge and a kitchen. Whirlpool in the room also a big plus.

Not a minus but worth mentioning that if you rent a room for more than two people, there will be futon beds, meaning two thin mattresses on the floor. But it is also an experience 🤩
