Spacious and laundry.

Too loud, couldn't sleep, watch TV or have a pleasant evening in. Constant live street music from the bars next door and early morning construction sounds ruined the place. The local taco stand was set up on the doorstep every day. The smells and customers eating lunch at the front entrance was not good.

House was perfectly clean, the host provided daily cleaning services, and the property aha good spaces. Hosts are accessible and accomodating. It is very well located in the center of Sayulita (except for noise - see below) Would stay there again.

Location is very good, walking distance to everything in Sayulita. However, it is right next to a live music bar, which causes to have music until ~1am and on the other side, it is adjacent to a noisy public parking.

The location was amazing right where all is happening, the attention we received from the owner was great always fast and helpful. The place is really clean and the lady was always nice, if we asked for anything she was open to help. They offered drinkable water, ice and some amenities for the beach which were really a bonus. The terrace was a mega plus perfect to relax at anytime of the day. The place was really great to stay in.

The noise from the bar next door, we understand that this is out of the control of the owner but it was hard to sleep some nights in the purple room, the other rooms didn't notice the noise at all. As some people might like soft beds it was not our case and for us the bed was too soft. But other than that we had an amazing experience and we enjoyed Casa Juanita

The apartment itself. Very spacious.

That the pillows (not the shams) need to be washed because they smell sweaty. Also, need to sweep and mop under the bed. Very dirty under it.

It’s is better than it looks in the pictures and the beds were amazing. The extra beech chairs and umbrella was a win. All around great place. The tacos in front are 30 pesos and we’re so good.

In the night there is a very loud bar and street - honestly it didn’t bother us to bad but each night is a different level of loud Ear plugs and it goes away

The location and space of the property were wonderful. The outdoor space was very welcome - a lovely place to hang out when we wanted to relax but still be outside. In the thick of all the fun. Went to sleep to the live music from the bar a couple of doors up which didn't bother us at all and 2 of the bedrooms were quieter. Could be a problem I suppose if you like peace and quiet. So clean and being cleaned everyday was very welcome, especially as it got a bit sandy from us being at the beach. Having drinking water available was a bonus and really appreciated. Amazing taco street seller outside too!

Very cool place! We were 2 couples staying there and it was perfect! We only stayed 3 nights so did not use the kitchen facilities but there was everything available !

Lighting in the bathroom (closest to the kitchen) was not very good and no hot water in the sink of second bathroom . These items may be fixed now.

Interior was pleasant and very clean. Nice towels, laundry, TV. Dishes to use etc. Close to the beach.

The main issue was the daily morning till 2:00am techno music, which was blasted outside. I had read this was a quiet, charming surf town. Not the case, it’s a party town. Less replace by, but mentionable: house has an Odd floor plan, also floor has random areas that changed level, but not a true or visible step, which caused stumbling/tripping at first. Entrance is flanked by a Subway sandwich shop and a car rental place, not charming.

I would like to see more directions to find the property Include located on Jose Mariscal between Subway and Enterprise rent a car Also the noise at night is unrelenting until around 4 am
