A host forgot/didn't know that the booking had been made and confirmed on Booking.com. When we arrived, there was no one at the property, and no one also answered any calls for about 40 minutes. Then we had to wait for approximately 3 hours, before the host arrived, and she spoke almost only Russian, so it was difficult to communicate. We finally got in, and agreed that we could be able to stay a bit longer next day, which was nice. However, there was somehow a very uneasy feeling, because the host kept saying that she didn't know anything about the reservation. Also, the place is part of a host's house, and there is one wall which is shared with it, and was just covered with a blind, so there is not really a sense of privacy there. Also, during the night weird noises were heard, and we felt uncomfortable. I mean, interpret this as you wish, but this place has a creepy vibe, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Very kind hostess and very good communication with the owner. Such a romantic and nice place not far from the sea in a quite place. Nice facilities, the kids were very happy and we also.

There is nothing I could say about what I did not like. I liked everything.

Property was very cozy and beautiful. Kitchen was perfect for cooking. Terrace was really nice to hang out. Heating was working very well and water was warm. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Sauna was occupied the day we were staying, but in the end that was totally fine.

Very nice garden area for sitting outside. Indoors was also nice and cozy with interesting professional designs.

We booked 4 beds (3 doubles and 1 single) for 5 adults, but the automatic system removed one of the beds in separate room (sauna area), because the number of guests was too low for 4 beds. Thankfully, nobody else had booked the sauna for these days, so we could use it (for extra charge). But it would have been really inconvenient if the sauna area would have been taken by someone else at that point. The sofa bed (leather couch) might be fine to sleep for a shorter or smaller person, but it had a wooden structural beam just in the middle of the sleeping area that I felt.
