laba atrašanās vieta, veikals pāri ielai, individuāla pults vārtu attaisīšanai, ļoti jauki un draudzīgi īpašnieki, nebija jūtama īpašnieku klātbūtne vai uzraudzība visā uzturēšanās laikā. viss kārtīgs un tīrs. kafijas automāts. interjers mājīgs, daudz galda spēļu un spēles bērniem.

Karsto ūdeni grūti noregulēt komfortablā līmenī gan virtuves izlietnē gan dušas telpā. virtuvē pannu vajadzētu nomainīt, dikti ātri pierauj. pirmajā stāvā skudras pa grīdu un galdiem. TV ļoti novecojis, nav iespējas skatīties go3 vai netflix
