Spacious house. Comfortable like home. Self check in was easy peasy. The area is also very calm and really close to all facilities, UiTMCPP, USM, MRSMKB.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom.

"An Awesome Cozy Modern Home."

A strategic location and peaceful.l, well decorated, cozy, clean, spacious and economic home stay for a trip with family and friends. Good wifi, complete kitchen, complete utensil, water heater in all bathrooms. Ac unit in all rooms. ( not in the living room ). Close to everything that Bertam has to offer. The first thing I must mention is Cikgu Hassan is nice, patient and friendly owner. He helped us a lot, gave us a good instructions and responded fast with any inquiries. I have no complaints with the facilities except for the lack of suitable comforters. The one provided were too small for us. Anyway, overall is excellent. An awesome homestay! We will come back again.
