Only one hub. No microwave. The door was broken and they came and fix it. We have to stay in for them to come.

The single storey house has only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet for 9 people. When we arrived, the floor was dusty and dirty. So was the toilet. We had to clean n mop the floor. There were cigarette butt's at the porch. In Booking.com , it was indicated that one of the room has 3 single beds but it turn out to be 1 double bed and 2 mattresses on the floor. This complicate our rooming arrangements. We asked for refund of our cleaning service since we had to clean the house, but there were no response from the management.

The check-in process is too troublesome. In short, u need to do what they're supposed to do. Fill out an online form that's not prepared correctly, upload id cards & such. The host described a single bed in all 3 rooms, but it's actually a mattress on the floor. I'm supposed to get 4 single beds. Instead, i got 4 single mattresses. The towels are missing, so i need to prove to them that its really missing. The security deposit, RM300, is a huge money. I felt worried throughout the stay, thinking about the many things already broken in the house.
