It is at a very good location!

There was a slight bad smell in the bathroom and we had to change the batteries in the AC and TV remote to be able to use these equipments.

Las tuberías desprenden un hedor muy fuerte que hace que la estancia no sea del todo cómoda. La tapa del inodoro no se sujeta y se cae sobre la espalda. Las sábanas deben ser cambiadas porque tenían pelotillas del desgaste y eso resultaba incómodo al tacto. De realizar estas modificaciones, la estancia en esta habitación sería mucho más agradable.

Bon emplacement tout près du marché et plage à proximité et dans le centre d'Ortigia. Lit très bien, en mezzanine. Salle de bain correcte.

Aucun équipement pratique pour juste prendre un petit déjeuner c'est-à-dire du thé, des tasses des cuillères en métal. Lorsque nous avons demandé cela un monsieur n'a vraiment pas été agréable avec nous car notre demande paraissait irréalisable pour lui alors que nous avons juste demandé une tasse et deux cuillères en métal. De la lumière et du bruit le soir pour s'endormir pour tous ceux qui passent par la petite cour intérieure pour accéder aux différents logements. Luisa qui nous a accueilli a pourtant été très gentille. Un peu cher.

L'emplacement, le logement impeccable et l'accueil très chaleureux.

Le stationnement est compliqué et payant.

Nikt nie zna angielskiego, rozmowa po angielsku przez telefon - niemożliwa. Można się komunikować z właścicielem tylko pisząc przez translatora w momencie gdy ten jest na miejscu. Trzy psy właściciela załatwiają się na dziecińcu gdzie są pokoje, czasami pod Twoim czasami jak masz szczęście pod oknem u sąsiada. Nie można parkować na ulicy ponieważ jest ono możliwe tylko dla mieszkańców dzielnicy. Wszyscy inni płacą mandat! Jest parking 200 metrów dalej, kosztuje 15 euro za dobę ale i tam ciężko znaleźć miejsce parkingowe.

The location was really good, on Ortigia, very close to several beaches and tourist spots. Ortigia is a very walkable city, so it is worth it to stay there. It was very clean inside, and the air conditioning worked well. The owners are nice, but they don’t really speak English. There is a small table and chairs to hang out outside of the apartment in the inside garden, but it’s more like a dark tunnel in front of the room, to be honest. Owners have cute dogs and a cat. If you just want a cheap place to shower and sleep at, this is an okay location.

They stated that there is no kitchen, but there aren’t even two plates, so really expect to have nothing, but utensils, not just to cook, but even to eat with. (Once we asked, they did bring us plates though.) The wifi was close to nonexistent, working only sometimes, couldn’t even connect to it a lot of times. This is especially a problem since for some reason, our mobile networks were also not working most of the time during our stay in Syracuse, so that’s definitely something to consider. There was no mosquito net, even though it was mentioned in the description, and we did have a lot of mosquitos inside the apartment when we arrived. The bed wasn’t very comfortable either, and there’s close to no natural light inside the room, which can get a bit depressing.

Very friendly family, very cute dogs, very clean apartment, the photos tell the whole story, you know what you are getting when you come here, not huge but ample space for a short stay and so close to swimming locations

Only thing is that the hot water unit is behind the cupboard near the bed and you can hear it a little when it is heating water but really not loud. Didn't prevent us sleeping.

the location was as good as it gets for the the price.

We booked their cheap room. If we had of spent a little more money we could have had their better room that had a balcony. In hindsight sight this would have been worth it.

Great location. Nice little apartment insde a palazzo.
