Mersing little homestay with free WIFI

This is an old house that is renovated so nicely. All the amenities are there like hair drier, big fridge, TV, WiFi, water dispenser with hot and cold water, water heater and so on. Only missing is a microwave oven or stove for light cooking. Check in and out process is smooth. Auto gate was a nice touch to easily get out of the house. There’s also a washing machine and cloth hangers. The best part is the housekeeping! It’s so clean that there’s no dust even on the windowsills.

There’s a mold problem in the house. Although they installed many fans for air ventilation. There’s mold growing on the walls which should be taken care of for health concerns

Property was very clean with ample space for a large family. Very secure Managers responded quickly when asked a question

A little out of town, in itself not a problem but could not secure a Grab driver. Walk into town is not too far approx 2kms but not pleasant carrying luggage in 85% humidity

The homestay was very good. But cannot cooking. There was no stove provided. But overall the homestay meet my expectation. i will repeat in the future.
