Buona posizione, struttura e spazi esterni della struttura molto ben curati, gentilezza dell'host, pulizia ok. Colazione semplice ma buona

La stanza che ci è stata assegnata era piuttosto piccola; in bagno meglio qualche accessorio in più (una mensola o porta spazzolini). Rispetto al prezzo (in confronto alle altre strutture in zona) ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più da questo punto di vista

Bella struttura caratteristica, accogliente, staff cordiale e disponibile. Hanno accolto anche il nostro cagnolino. Abbiamo riposato bene. parcheggio privato gratuito.

Accoglienza splendida, Monica e Salvatore davvero simpatici e super ospitali. Ambienti curati e puliti.

OK breakfast. Friendly owner of the place. Need to know italian, no english spoken there.

Parking was very little.

It was near Norcia, and was a nice simple country accommodation with spacious room, clean etc. It wasn't very easy to locate after dark, or to work out where our room was within the complex from the instructions provided, but we did arrive later than planned, so maybe others wouldn't have the same problem. It's genuine, rustic.

We never did meet the proprietor or manager or see anyone to speak to about (for example) a lack of hot water.. We saw a lady and man there the next day, but they didn't greet or welcome us - but maybe they didn't after all run the place?? it just felt slightly rudderless.. not a particular problem (hot water aside) but just a little strange, The resident dog that barked in the night..
