Padang Besar Roomstay Firdaus

Staff was friendly , bathroom was clean

The smell of the room was bad. Bed not clean

i loveee the location of this roomstay.. so out of my mind. i thught it was a room in a house. but its actually more private.. so comfort and sooo close with padang besar town and waremart. basic needed also well.prepared.

Very near to Padang Besar Immigration Center. Have large fridge, functioning water heater, aircon and tv.

Lots of mosquitoes, suggest to invest a bit to replace the old school window with fully sealed type to minimize it. The area below sinks are fully exposed, suggest to invest in cover or cupboard to fully closed the area, can even make as storage area. Floor was dusty, should at least have a broom in the room. Overall is ok, reasonable base on price.

Short trip from the train station, the taxi driver knew the owner and was able to let them know we were on our way. Staff were super helpful and friendly and called a friend to take us to the border! Room was spacious and well stocked. Nothing fancy but definitely value for money! Only stayed one night and didn’t really explore the area otherwise.
