Spacious and clean. The five rooms were perfect for us. The sheltered car park for 2 cars were excellent (since it was raining a lot). The extended balcony enclosed with air con was an excellent space for family or group gathering.

Not enough plates, bowls, cups and utensils. Not provided 4 sets despite knowing our group was 9 adults. TV was a little small for such a big house. Sofa set needs repairing. Shower place needs a holder for shampoo and soap.

It was only nice that’s it’s spacious

Verve Management didn’t refund our deposit (RM350) by accusing us for broken toilet bowl without proof. Property wasn’t well kept, looked new outside but old inside.

Management team is very nice and helpful. The house is quite spacious for 14 of us (including kids) and have lot of nice spots to hang out...especially the balcony, love it.
