The property is very nice and new. There is lots of security. I loved that I can have my dogs there without any issues. The house itself was simple. It's equipped with most of your basic needs. We rented this house to attend a wedding in the area, so we really didn't spend much time in the house except to get ready and sleep. We didn't have time to check out the pool. It's a short walk from the house so we never actually saw it. The back patio has a grill. The living room is equipped with a TV. The bedrooms are spacious but there is only one fan available for both bedrooms. There is AC available only in the living room/kitchen.

The host texted us beforehand that they do not provide towels or utensils (for eating), which I found odd because the rest of the house is equipped with the basics. The host requires the guest to pay via bank transfer; if you're not Mexican, this will be a strange process. It would've been much easier if they processed online payments, especially since you never meet the host. We had issues figuring out the water heater because the gas was shut off. The host did give us instructions on how to turn on the boiler but failed to mention that we needed to turn the nozzle on the actual gas tank. I would recommend the host have someone turn the gas and boiler on before the guests arrive to avoid this confusion in the future.
