Ampio monolocale con balcone fronte mare

La posizione è ottima e la finestra con vista mare ci ha conquistato!

Super zentrale Lage in Porto San Stefano in Erster Lage zum Meer mit Balkon zum Meer. Tolle Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung und auf den öffentliche Parkplatz hinterm Haus konnten wir durch die Anmietung kostenlos parken. Sabrina ist eine super nette Vermieterin und gab uns tolle Tipps. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es etwas kühler. Die warmen Decken lagen im Schrank bereit.

Posizione assolutamente invidiabile

La signora un po' sulle nuvole, siamo arrivati dalla spiaggia e lei era seduta che stava ancora pulendo la casa. Ci volevamo riposare ma non potevamo perché lei stava finendo di pulire

Beautiful and spacious apartment with all basics you need for a kitchen, two balconies, laundry machine, central near restaurants and local beach, friendly and welcoming host giving good tips.

Parking was very difficult due to busy holiday season in Italy, but not something that the host can do anything about. Room was slightly hot though there was AC, but manageable for three nights.

Personale disponibile e accogliente Posizione centralissima: parcheggio cittadino a un minuto ed esattamente sulla piazza centrale Monolocale veramente ampio e luminoso e dotato di tutto, molto ampio è il bagno. L'appartamento è inoltre dotato di due balconi entrambi vivibili Ottimo l'isolamento acustico degli infissi: nonostante sia al centro della movida, l'appartamento è silenziosissimo una volta chiuse le finestre (e c'è l'aria condizionata, altro plus)

Le scale sono risultate un po' ostiche (La struttura è al secondo piano senza ascensore), nulla di complesso ma forse le abbiamo sottovalutate noi considerando che avevamo un passeggino e una bimba piccola Alcuni elementi (es. tenda doccia) andrebbero migliorati e sarebbe consigliabile lasciare agli ospiti qualche benvenuto (esempio un paio di cialde per il caffè di cortesia e/o una bottiglia d'acqua)

It was perfect! It is rare that we are so pleased with the stay. The apartment has perfect location in the town with the perfect view. You know sometimes the feeling of guilt when you are too tired to go out when travelling - not at Sabrinas place, because you could have a home-made meal or local pastries right on the balcony and I must say - in some cases it is even better than going out. The rooms were very clean and had absolutely everything we could ever need on the trip. Even liquids for washing machine - and yes, she had a washing machine. Not to mention, everything for cooking - because many places do not even have normal kitchenware or salt/pepper. Sabrina was extremely helpful, spoke great English and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. She sent many recommendations for every kind of wish you could have. If we were that kind of people who visited same place for several times, I must say, this is probably the only apartment I would actually visit again. It had a lot of natural light, very good room temperature, clean sheets and towels, working coffee machine and even fruit bowl to welcome us.

Even though she doesn't advertise that she has it, a baby bed would have made it even more perfect.

The location was fantastic. The room was more than comfortable. Nice bed. Superb view. Host very responsive. The town was a very nice surprise and the place is right in the heart of it
