Hard/firm beds

Ivan and Cinzia were fantastic - both attentive while also giving us plenty of space to enjoy our vacation. The property is mid-way up the east side of Praiano with a beautiful terrace and garage parking. You'll have to do some walking to get around town and to the bus stops but that's really anywhere along the coast.

good location and views. good value for money

Beautiful flat with a great terrace. We were very kindly welcomed by Ivan, there were even fresh flowers on the table and spaghetti as a welcome. The kitchen is very well equipped. Directly opposite there is a mini market with everything you need. The beach is about 20 minutes away, the centre of the village 10 minutes downhill, back uphill maybe 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

Be prepared to walk steps. A whole lot of steps! 😀

The view from the huge balcony is fantastic!!!! The balcony is nicely equipped with sunbeds, chairs and a really nice ceramic table. The bedroom is huge, the bed is comfortable. The associated bathroom is ok. It‘s all very quiet. The kitchen also has a view and is well equipped with a gas stove (4 lights) and an oven - so there are great cooking opportunities (nicely supported by the little supermarket opposite of the appartment)

We really liked it all. If there was one small thing (which did not bother us much since we are always up early): the bedroom goes towards the street and whilst that street is quiet in general, it always seemed to wake up early (around 6 pm)…
