1. It is in a safe compund, guarded. 2. Many restaurants nearby. 3. Car porch fits 2 cars. 4. Got wifi connection. 5. Praying mattress provided.

1. Cleanliness need to be improved. 2. Towels aren't provided. 4. There are 4 rooms unfortunately only 2 rooms got air-conditioning. 5. There are 2 toilets sadly only 1 toilet fitted with water heater. 6. There are 2 air conditioning units at the living area, unfortunately 1 was malfunction. Owner wanted to send his technician to fix it, but we aren't available to monitor the technician. 7. Water leakage from the ceiling. One at the kitchen and the other one in front of the toilet located at the living area.
