Stratergic location and very good for family with kids. The famous CH Pasar Malam is just in front of the unit.

Please standardise the bed sheet set and pillow case to enhance the tidiness of the unit.

Always like, smell not same as other tell before.

Very near to the night market. Can see the night market through the balcony. Spacious enough for a small family. Extra blanket/comforter provided if needed. Towels also provided with shower foams/soaps in the bathroom. Has centralised heaters. Also both rooms are equipped with ceiling fans if necessary. Slipper also was provided to use in view no carpet on the floor.

The floor is really cold. Carpets are welcome but I totally understand the owner not like providing carpets - the cleaning fee will be high.. The area at the sink below the mirror in the main bathroom has some phlegm struck - probably from the previous tenant - not so sure but definitely not ours to begin with because it's already there when we checked in.
