設備は、欲しいものが全て揃っていて、申し分なかったです。バーベキューが庭でできたことも、とても良かったです。清潔感もあり、ゆっくりのんびり快適に過ごせました。また機会があれば、是非、再訪させていただきたいです。

お風呂のシャワーボタンが固くて、少し使いづらいかんじがしました。水圧がしっかりあったので、気持ちよく入れたため、まあいいかな、と流せる程度ですが、、、。

すべてに掃除が行き届いていて、部屋もお庭もきれい。 充電用コンセントやゴミ袋・輪ゴム、洗濯物干しなど、「ここにあったらいいな」と思う場所に欲しいものがあって とても気が利いている。 追加料金なしでBBQや焚火ができるのもうれしかった。自転車やＵＮＯ、Switchがあって子どもたちがよろこんでいました。

６人で滞在したので、トイレが１つなのはちょっと不便でした。 リビングとつづき部屋の１階寝室でした。リビングの隣は遅くまでゲームをするこどもに割り当て、高齢者を２階の寝室にしました。２階への階段はけっこう急なので、高齢者連れの方は部屋割りを迷うかもしれません。

家族4人での利用とても快適でした！ 掃除も行き届いており、調味料や食器はもちろん、BBQ用の炭や焚き火用の薪も用意されているので、着替えと歯ブラシさえ持ってくれば十分に泊まれます。 徒歩圏にコンビニ、車で10分でスーパーもあるので、利便性も高いです。 NetflixやPS4もあるので、子連れにも安心です。 質問にもメッセージで迅速丁寧に返信いただけました。

強いてあげれば、BBQをする場合は、団扇など火を扇ぐためのものがあると助かります。

Everything . Very convenient and perfect for holiday .

Peter and Hiroko were amazing hosts that went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as easy and enjoyable as possible. The house is located very close to Echoland and conveniently has a 7/11 just at the end of the street. Peter picked us up from the local train station on our arrival and took us for a grocery shop so that we had supplies for our stay. Every morning he would take us to a mountain of our choice and made sure we had all of the information we needed to catch the free local shuttle buses back home. The home itself was well furnished and comfortable to stay in with our group of 4. If we ever make it back to Hakuba, we would absolutely stay here again.

The only thing that would have made the accommodation more convenient would be a landline phone so that we could have phoned restaurants and taxis for ourselves. Our hosts were always extremely helpful with this but we did feel like a bit of an imposition having to ask them to organise everything for us.

The home was very well presented as well as equipped with the extras for making it a great family holiday place. The exceptional service of driving us to the snow and grocery store really made the trip. The door to snow morning drop off's with kids was so helpful. The house is walking distance to the bus stop and convenience store.

Incredible travel support provided by host. Property was spacious with lovely interior design and everything necessary for a comfortable stay
