Mount Fuji Castle 2

First of all the view of Fuji from the balcony. So I would say considering this and the location it was really good value for money. It would be perfect for a weekend bbq spot with Fuji views.

A little cold at night as it is now November and like most old Japanese houses it doesn’t have central heating. I was a bit scared of driving there because a few people mentioned a steep hill to go up and it was challenging to be honest but we managed to reach it without issues.

A little inconvenient place to get. Last 200m you should go up by a kind of messy road. Might be problematic for not super good driver or small car. I think such a things should be mentioned in the description or a least people should be informed on private message long time in advance.

今回はパートナーと、ひたすらのんびりすることが目的だったので、ここは大正解でした。山の中のポツンと一軒家で、鳥の声を聞き、ボーっとしてました。もちろん、大声を出しても近所に聞かれることもなく、見られることもありません。 それと、７月末の猛暑の時期でしたが、虫をほとんど見かけませんでした。室内も清潔でリラックスして過ごせました。 昼間はさすがに暑さを感じましたが、夜や翌朝のさわやかな空気感は最高でした。この場所でなければ絶対に味わえない感覚です。 鈴を持って行きましたが、熊に逢うこともなかったです。

大きくは２点 その１は、施設名の表示が何も無いこと。山奥の急坂を登って来て、この建物でいいのか、まだ奥に道があるように見えるので、進んだらいいのか迷うところです。 その２は、駐車場が無いこと。他に誰も来ないとはいえ、路上駐車が前提なのは、アレ？と思いました。ただ、かなりの急傾斜地なので、車一台分の土地を整地するのも大変だと思います。 細かい点では、スポット送風機が各部屋にあるだけで、エアコンがないです。ただ、この山奥の空気感を味わうためにも？、エアコンは必要ないかもしれない。あと、テレビが、TVer？なので、オンタイムで地上波のニュースなど見れなかったです。

Una casa cómoda y agradable, perfecta para pasar unos días en plena naturaleza y en un ambiente 100% japonés. La casa es como se muestra en las fotos. El anfitrión es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo, no explicó todo muy bien y nos permitió hacer una barbacoa en el jardín :-) Lo pasamos muy bien, lástima que por culpa del tiempo el cielo estaba nublado y no pudimos ver el monte, de cualquier manera las vistas eran muy bonitas.

One of the best properties I've stayed in! If you appreciate an offbeat location and can trade a bit of convenience for breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji and the surrounding hills, this is the place for you. The stay was absolutely amazing and worth the effort. It features a fully equipped kitchen for cooking or you can grab supplies from the 7-Eleven on the way. Plus, there's a washing machine for laundry. The owner is really helpful and will guide through out just a dial/text away. Experience the charm of sleeping in a traditional Japanese home with stunning views of Mt. Fuji! We found the best Guide in Fuji who drove us around and dropped us off to the stay after.
