All oke.. the owner very good and the place very clean

Yes, a whole house with spacious living room. Quiet Environment but not very far from the main road. Some food stalls / Restaurants are close. Bus Station down the street. Self check in did work without problems.

The house and furniture is very worn out. Discrepancy compared to the pictures is higher than normal. I also disliked the short notice that no towels are available and we need to bring our own. But we are tourist and did not bring any own towels from overseas. So, we had some stress finding a shop selling them. Finally, I could find and buy some face towels in a shop nearby which were much too small for showering.This was a major discomfort and I think it's not a good idea to expose guests to such situation for the little cost saving it brings for some towels and the respective washing/drying. The price was also rather on the high side. We had better Appartements during our stay for a lower price.

Its a great place to stay since we were in a group of 8, but this house still can fit about another 2-3 person more.

The side porch with table n chairs was superb, had fun, the house is very spacious. Clean. Easy access to feringgi walk n few bars. The host was very friendly and helpful.

3 Bäder, eigentlich toll. aber bei eine funktionierte weder Dusche noch Toilette. In einem Schlafzimmer war die Klimaanlage so schwach, dass sie, auch wenn sie rund um die Uhr lief. eine Zumutung. Mobilar in den Zimmern wie vom Sperrmüll. Große Kakerlake und Tausendfüssler, nun, damit muss man in diesem Land leben, auch wenn wir diese in keiner anderen Unterkunft hatten. Zum Glück muss man sich ja in der Wohnung nicht aufhalten.

The host is super kind. All toilets have water heaters. All rooms have aircond. The rooms are big. They can easily suit 10 pax. Mattress, blankets etc have nice smell. Free Wifi some more. The location is strategic in heart of Batu Feringghi.

Great location near to various facilities. Overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. Friendly host...

Can provide Bath towels in future. The base of the iron was dirty, which made it inconvenient to use and could stain clothes. It would also be a great improvement to provide a washing machine, as it would be very useful for large families staying for more than two days.
