Overall - the place is overpriced, very old interiors. Definitely not worth the money. Totally did not match our expactations. Details below. Details: Wifi not working, sadly not much of a help from the host. (Instructions to restart router, or to play around with admin config in Japanese) No ellectric kettle Facilities in the kitchen - in a very bad condition (Scratched, rusty, not cleaned properly) Old air conditioning, which is rather loud in the bedroom. Leaking shower head! A lot! Parking instructions say - park on the number 7. The paint has disappeared years ago. You can only guess, which is number 7. We are OK, if there is no wifi, or electric kettle. But it is listed in the facilities. If anything breaks down before the stay, the host should message the guest up front and offer a discount. It is cheaper to stay in Ryokan (without food) than here!

There is a huge terrace on the roof, a lot of space in the kitchen and very comfortable beds

There aren't many restaurants or shops around but I think that's because we went in February

It will be good if host turn on the light in front of the stair in case I arrived late because it's quite dark especially when I have to collect the key. Some of kitchen is broken by other guest. The parking is very dark and too steep. It's possible to make your car crash. It will be better if there is sign of the lot of parking because it's very dark and the number on the floor is not clear

Spacious with quite a big kitchen. Washing machine with dryer. Separate bathroom and 2 big beds to fit 4 of us.

A bit hard to find the location, no signage or numbers as indication at all. We were asking around the neighbourhood in order to find it. Parking area is not well designed, our car was scratching the floor while driving down the slope. And we have to base on the picture to guess which is our parking.
