For anybody who wants to book this place, please reconsider. The facility was not cleaned 100%. 1 of the toilet’s sink hole was covered with hairs, whenever we used, it’ll be flooded with water. There’s thunderstorms during the our stays, the kitchen ceiling leaking badly until there’s a bad leakage near the wiring that made our whole unit out of current. We had no choice but to call their staff for help, the staffs are friendly and helpful, but they seems to know the leaking situation when I told them. When I told the owner about the situation through WhatsApp, she offered us to move downstairs to another room, BUT when we went in to check the room, 1 of the toilet was FULL OF COCKROACHES.

The location was somewhat clean, and could fit the number of people that I specified. Bathrooms were clean. Good water pressure. Near proximity to Gurney drive and some malls

I booked the whole townhouse which is referred to as iBook13 where iBook11 is the ground floor of the town house and iBook12 is the floor above. Maybe I misunderstood what a kitchenette means but throughout the entire house, there's not a single way to heat up food, not a microwave/toaster/induction cooker. There is no access to filtered water or a washing basin in iBook11, only iBook12 has a those. There was insufficient dinning ware such as plates, bowls, cups and utensils for 13 occupants. Almost all of the beds were sunken in which was a terrible experience for my elder guests. The room on the ground floor (iBook11) has little to no ventilation so the rooms smelt musky and the air-conditioning also had that smell when turned on, the top floor does not have this problem but there is a hole in the celling with some water stains around it. The pictures were similar to what I saw but there were a lot extra old furniture's all around the house which made the place feel more cramped and stuffy than the pictures, this was misleading and It feels like the owner did not have anywhere else to put that junk and just dumped it in this property. Many of it felt like it could break at any moment and were unsuitable to be used. It ruined the modern aesthetics that the pictures shows. Please update your photos to prevent misleading future guests. The house rules mentions that you do not tell people that the house is rented, and that you tell people that I'm staying with friends or relatives. I don't know the reason for this but I don't like it.
