Serene and lovely compound. Clean pool and toys for the kids. Amazing staff. Moureen the chef made delicious meals as well.

"A great place for families who want an escape from reality."

It was exactly right for what we needed in terms of bedrooms and facilities. The pool was lovely and although the location was a little bit further away from the beach than we would normally book it was easy enough to get places by Tuk Tuk. The staff who we met were all wonderful - friendly and helpful. It was also really nice that they had so many toys for the kids (and adults) to play with. We would definitely stay at The Swimming Ostrich again.

It isnā€™t a ā€œdid not likeā€ but our Air con system in our room was broken, however having reported it to Phidalice it was swiftly repaired.

This is a very nice place and we really enjoyed our stay. Stuff is welcoming, facilities are great. lots of space, nice pool. everything you need

we didnā€™t know there was no hot water. itā€™s not a big issue considering the heat, but we have 2 small kids and they donā€™t enjoy showering in cold water (which is not super cold, but anyway)
