"Good"

The house is not well maintained. There are issues with cleanliness, ventilation and overall comfort. The air conditioning also not cooling properly, making the stay uncomfortable. I have to book for another accommodation on the same day due to those issues. The house had not been properly cleaned, with numerous cobwebs visible throughout the property. The room was dusty, had an unpleasant odor and the bed caused discomfort and itchiness. In addition, the wardrobe was damaged and one of the rooms did not have an air-conditioning remote control. One of the room air-conditioning unit provided was also not suitable, giving a noisy sound. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance and comfort of the accommodation were below expectations.
