Residenza Belvedere

Prachtige setting, gelegen net buiten de stad Orosei. Een mooi terras en proper zwembad.

Er waren ongelofelijk veel katten bij het verblijf. Deze komen werkelijk op je tafel zitten als je aan het eten bent en waren echt niet weg te krijgen. Als je geen kattenfan bent, absoluut geen aanrader.

Accueil très sympathique par Paola qui parle un français remarquable dans une belle maison dans une oliveraie avec une belle vue au loin sur le golfe d’Orosei. La ville est à 5 minutes en voiture. Il y a une très belle piscine, très agréable. Une colonie de chat a élu domicile à proximité, nous on a adoré, mais attention aux allergiques… On aurait aimé rester plus longtemps…

Le belvédère est une résidence calme, tout est fait pour s’y reposer. La vue sur la mer, la piscine au milieu des oliviers, la terrasse pour dîner dehors…et les nombre petits chats qui viennent vous rendre visite. Paolo et sa famille habitent à l’étage dans la maison et sont très discrets. Si vous avez besoin d’´elle, elle vous donnera tous les conseils. Paolo parle parfaitement le français et certainement d’autres langues. On aurait bien passé toutes nos vacances au belvédère.

The host was very nice and friendly. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was good quality and the kitchen was fairly well equipped.

The location. In the description, it says "situated in Oresei" but it's actually a few ks outside. But the location is fine for exploring the area and going to different beaches, it's just not quite what we expected. There is some noise from the marble works on weekdays. There are about a dozen hungry cats, which is a bit challenging if you are a cat lover. The outside space seemed a bit unloved. It wasn't as nice as it looked in the pictures.

We really enjoyed our stay here and it is a perfect accommodation for spending some days on the local beaches.

The bed was not the most comfortable we slept in. Though the apartment was generally well cleaned, there were unfortunately 1-2 spots that had been missed which clouded the generally highly favourable experience we had at the accommodation a little bit.

Paola, the host was very nice and helpful. The apartment was very well-equipped, we had all we needed. It was also very clean and well-maintained. Very comfortable bed, with two separate mattresses in a double bed, not too soft, perfect for back support. Beautiful view of SuBarone beach. Strategic location for trips to the beaches, Cala Ganone, supermarket, and Orosei - if you have a car, which is essential to fully enjoy Sardinia.
