"Perfect stay over weekend."

It was perfect stay over the weekend ! 😇 Everything was just great ! A cottage with a sauna and a fireplace! Simply a charming and magical place to relax after a workweek! The sauna had lights and music 🎵🎶! Everything was thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest details! Outside, there was a spacious area where you could leisurely relax in a hammock!

It looks beautiful in the photos. I searched for property in Delhi, India and I liked the photos very much. I booked for 3 nights for more than $300 US. My card was fully charged. Then I found out this property is in the country of Latvia. How could this happen? I asked for a refund for this mistake. The staff of this property said No! Your problem! This is the only time in many years and many bookings with Booking.com this nightmare has happened. I don’t know how to get help.

It is in Latvia, not Delhi, India.
