The Paradise House

My friends and I had a fantastic time staying at this house for the weekend. The moment we walked in, we were so impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The house was spotless, and it made us feel right at home from the very beginning. The right amount of bedding was provided to us.

Just one TV in one of the rooms, one of the light bulbs was not working in the room, so it was dark, also more towels could be provided.

It has everything what you need for a short or a longer stay. The house was clean, bright and comfy. Very calm neighbourhood. Great location - we found the lake near by (just about 600m from the house). There are 3 big super markets just about 10-12min away by foot or even faster by car.

It would be nice to have a bigger dining area (bigger table and more chairs), because we were family of 5 and there were only 4 chairs around the table, but there could stay (sleep) 6-7 persons in the house.

Будинок має потенціал, але, на жаль, чистота залишила бажати кращого. Було багато пилу та павутиння, а у ванній стічна труба була забита чужим волоссям, тому вода стікала дуже повільно. В одній кімнаті бракувало скла у дверях, а в іншій залишили мокру подушку з крісла-кокона, яка спричиняла неприємний запах. У списку зручностей була зазначена посудомийна машина, але вона не працювала. Ми навіть придбали спеціальну сіль, щоб її запустити, проте безрезультатно. Коли я повідомила власників про проблему, реакції, на жаль, не було. Сподіваюся, господарі врахують ці моменти, адже з невеликими покращеннями це житло може стати значно комфортнішим.

The location and the peace from the “big” city centre. Close to the centre, nice parking, tram and bus is near.

A lot. Everything was dirty, old towels in the washing machine, the pictures are not showing everything like it’s in real life, dirty balcony, on the terrace the railing was holding on two screws.. the yard was messy. The bed was already broken, the fridge was super small and for many days staying you can’t even put everything for one day. In the vase in the inside veranda was old cigarettes with some pine branch. Just big disappointment. Also, in the receipt booking sent was included already city fee and cleaning fee but the last day they sent and asked for city fee and I needed to send the money to some random person. The next day when we arrived, everything she wanted to know was if we paid the city tax. And the deposit money. I asked the first day when I booked, do we need deposit money or no, she said no. But the last day when she asked about city tax, I asked also about the deposit because you never know. And she said “ you can prepare, we will see”, huh?😀 like you will check how we look and what car we have and then you will decide? You have to choose to have deposit or no, not in the middle based on situation. Just really destroyed our vacation, because of all the problems and there is bigger house next to this small “Paradise house”, it wasn’t also mentioned, no privacy. All the time some workers walking, people. Can’t just sit in the terrace with privacy. Sorry, just don’t want other people experiencing all of those things. Invest in some better cleaning products, it will be easier to clean all the dirty walls and edges.
