Vieta rami, paplūdimys visai šalia. Netoli parduotuvės, kavinės, vaikų žaidimų aikštelės. Apartamentai tvarkingi, švarūs, yra viskas, ko reikia patogiai viešnagei.

Gal tik trūkumas, kad automobilį reikia palikti už vartų - nėra galimybės parkuoti kieme. Bet aplinkui teritorija apšviesta, apylinkė pasirodė rami, saugi.
