The host was super responsive and very accommodating, even allowing us to stay a little bit extra time without charging. They also sorted out transport and we ended up using them quite a lot! The house is very well kitted out with everything you could ask for. I liked the "localness" of the area. It felt very safe, although first impressions, you may be skeptical. I went out at night and walked around and ate in a couple of the local food stands (very good and very reasonable).

Maybe the commute into the main area; some of the taxi drivers were a little too fast!

Très beau séjour d’une semaine au Riad Espressino. Le logement est confortable, agréable à vivre et bien situé pour profiter de Marrakech. Bader est un hôte très accueillant, disponible et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus plaisant. Nous avons particulièrement aimé le rooftop, très agréable pour se détendre, ainsi que la cuisine, très bien équipée et vraiment fonctionnelle, avec four, lave-vaisselle et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Le lave-linge dans la buanderie au dernier étage est aussi un vrai plus lorsqu'on voyage "léger" :-D. Deux étages qui correspondent à deux suites indépendantes, un vrai duplex dans un lotissement calme, offrant de petites épiceries de quartier, ainsi qu'un marché authentique et "le café Taiba" à cinq minutes à pied, où se situe l'arrêt du bus ligne 11, en direction de la Médina. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter ! Merci Bader, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Appartamento su tre piani più grande terrazzo, con due camere da letto, due bagni e tre soggiorni ben accessoriati e puliti, buon riscontro e disponibilità da parte dell' incaricato

Il quartiere non è molto bello, consiglio di avere un'auto a noleggio da parcheggiare su strada di fronte alla porta

It is a lovely place, just like in the pictures. I stayed with a friend which was perfect as we had a floor each with our own bathroom and lounge. The upstairs terrace was great for relaxing. It is on the outskirts which suited me fine, nice and relaxing, but cafes and shops nearby, and 40p on the bus to the centre.

Stilul autentic al casei di faptul ca am avut acces la facilitati la preturi rezonabile, cu mult mai mici ca in Medina.

Zona in care se află riadul e in construcții, fiind vorba de un cartier nou.

Very spacious accommodation over 4 levels. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of character. Supermarket and cafes within walking distance as well as local market. Host was quick to assist at any time. We enjoyed our stay.

Seating on the terrace uncomfortable. Difficult to find for taxi drivers coming from the centre. .
