Amazing, quiet location. The road leading to the villas is fully paved and easy to access. There are plenty of beautiful beaches nearby. The rooms and the villas overall were clean and well-maintained. Whenever we needed anything, we simply messaged the host and received a reply within minutes. They were always helpful and accommodating.

The grill could be improved. It lacks proper airflow from below, which makes it much more difficult to light and maintain the charcoal. In addition, there were very few grilling tools available.

New, comfortable. Pool was good. Available management. Views spectacular. Safe. Child friendly. Parking.

Too far away from anything, some of the household items seemed cheap and put together poorly. Ie sink taps broken, shower doors came off hinges too easily. Wasp nests in children’s play area and it wasn’t dealt with after reporting it. Extractor fan wasn’t connected or plumbed in.

"Excellent villa with amazing views"

Good communication with the host. Light and clean villa with excellent facilities, the bathrooms were excellent and the pool was checked regularly so we felt more comfortable. Also such a lovely viewpoint of Sveti Stefan from a church less than 20 minute walk away!

No complaints! Obviously it is up the mountain so a car or taxis are needed to get into budva itself and there were quite a few steps to a villa, not a problem just something to be aware of.

The views from the villa were stunning, facilities were excellent and we cannot fault the service. Have to mention the staff. They were very helpful and accommodating, nothing was a problem for them. Amazing

The bathroom on the first floor had a bad smell, the bidet on the second floor was leaking water, the bathroom door creaked at night from the wind, the kitchen pipe was coming out of the place and filling the place with water.
