Komba Forever

Excellent place on an excellent location. We had a wonderful stay here to round up our two weeks on Madagascar. Quiet, secluded, but with a lot of locals passing by. The staff with Annie in the lead were just great.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was more than perfect and the property immaculately kept.

Breakfast was properly the worst I ever had. We tried it twice, bread with cold crepes the one time and bread with chocolate cupcakes the next. The only really negative I can give for the entire holiday. My partner would have loved ice facsilities, but Franco tried his best to keep the drinks as cool as possible.

Really Really good breakfast and was a nice secluded hotel giving you a very peaceful feeling.

Many thanks to the whole crew of Komba Forever! Our stay was an unforgettable experience. Just as stated in countless other reviews, the resort is a small piece of paradise thanks to its location and the very attentive and friendly hosts. Apart from that I would like to mention a couple of things which really set this stay apart. - The food couldn't have been any better! Especially given that my girlfriend is vegetarian, finding dishes can be challenging when on holiday. Nevertheless, Komba Forever managed to surprise us consistently over the course of two weeks with various menus using local ingredients - one tastier than the other. - Our luggage unfortunately didn't quite make it to our destination. So we arrived essentially with the clothes we were wearing and nothing else. Annie and Franco went well beyond our expectations of how much help we can expect from a hotel. They made sure that we had some essentials right on our arrival and organised a shopping trip for basic necessities the very next morning. Eventually they even took care of the delivery of our luggage once it arrived as well. - Finally we had amazing trips to experience the wildlife and the local culture. Bruno took great care in introducing us to all the wonders of Nosy Komba and its surroundings - including locations well of the beaten path. I cannot recommend this resort enough for all trips around Nosy Be. Wish you guys all the best : )

The most beautiful place we have ever been! The care is perfect, Annie takes care of everything! She is the soul of the place! The room, the meals, the cleaning, the beach are perfect! The trips were fantastic, thank you Ali! We will be back next year!

When we arrived in „Komba Forever“ we were totally blown away. The beautiful beach, the lovely bungalows, the stunning garden and the views of the surrounding ocean, islands and main land. We found all this absolutely spectacular. We were received by Annie and she made us feel at home from the very first second. At this place there are only 4 bungalows so it felt very exclusive to us. Mostly we had the beach all to ourselves. Just the locals -especially children- pass by on the beach and they have always been smiley and friendly. We were very happy with our bungalow. We felt very comfortable and we appreciated the nice attention to detail. We found everything very clean and in excellent condition. From the restaurant there are beautiful views over the garden and the ocean. The breakfast and the 3 course lunch and dinner served here have been excellent every time. We don’t want to spoiler too many things about this place because we think you should find it all out by yourself. Just don’t hesitate to book this place because it is amazing in every way. We left „Komba Forever“ with tears in our eyes. We would have loved to stay there much longer. In our eyes this place is a true gem, something you come across only a few times in your life. And then a final word to our host Annie: She is so wonderful, always bright and shiny and the made things even more memorable then they already were. She was always in control of things, everything was perfectly arranged. And she spoke very good English as well. Actually all the staff have been great and super friendly but Annie puts hospitality on a whole new level. She is definitely the cherry on the cake.

Komba forever is simply the best place. stunning, relaxing, off the grid but with all the pleasures. what else could you wish for?
