Walking distance to food groceries and the beach, really what else can you ask for it was perfect for me and my family for what we wanted it for served it's purpose perfectly. Drive way has space for two vehicles with gate for added Security. The Wi-Fi worked great there was even drinking water for us to use. There's a stove a grill microwave coffee maker we didn't get to cook anything figure since you're in Mexico the food is cheaper and a lot better than in the US. The neighborhood seems nice and safe. Uber eats works well and your food usually gets to you fast because the drivers are used motorcycles to navigate. It's a two-story home with the top floor has two bedrooms and the bathroom and shower the bottom is living room and kitchen with a pull-out sofa bed and a small bathroom with no shower. Water pressure was good also the temperature which is usually issues you get traveling to Mexico.

Everything was fine but if I had to say something I didn't like was maybe a dozens of dogs barking late at night that's about it.

Beautiful, comfy place with all the creature comforts of home. Comfortable bed, shower always had hot water and a beautifully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer available and a great place to take your pet.

The Casita is in a very safe residential, quiet neighborhood and has gated private parking. Everything worked well in the full kitchen. Zuly uses non-toxic cleaning and laundry products which was super helpful for me being chemically sensitive. The place was nice and clean. We appreciated the simple decor and lack of clutter. We don't watch TV but there were two flat screen TVs for people who like that. Fast internet that could be shut off at night without causing trouble to anyone. Close to the beach without being right by the water which deteriorates your car and causes mold. The minisplits in the bedrooms worked well. Zuly was very responsive to our needs, was caring and communication was super timely.

Lots of barking dogs, which is pretty common in much of Mexico. A lot of 5G towers in Playas to which I am sensitive. The fridge is noisy, so if you are sensitive to that, sleeping on the couch in the living area would not work. No inspiring views from the bedroom windows.

Very clean & comfortable. Pet accomodations were good as well. The place had everything you need for a stay. Host was friendly & very courteous & helpful.

Where do I start with with this location I have nothing but good things to say. When they named it “cozy” casita it really is cozy and warm and home feeling the vibe was right on point! The neighborhood is quiet and safe the house is gated and I felt so comfortable. My host A+ treatment, communication was on point they were very approachable and available regarding my stay. My family and I loved it so much we want to definitely book at the “cozy” casita again.
