1) near to the beach, just across the road. u can see the ocean from the house itself. 2) friendly owner + quick response. i did informed the owner about the leaking kettle, less than 40mins the staff came to provide us a new letric kettle. well done. 3) easy location for food hunting & nearby to uitm too
