Chalet 15 (Resort Venetië)

Die Lage der Chalets ist wirklich schön. Die Schwäne sind direkt an unserem Fenster vorbei geschwommen. Das Zentrum ist Fussläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Die Chalets sind relativ einfach ausgestattet, aber es ist alles da was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht.

Excellent location: secluded, peaceful, and green, right at one of the channels, at a walking distance from the touristic part of Giethoorn. Comfy living room, spacious private terrace, and a parking slot right next to the house. Air conditioning inside the house was good and quite necessary, as the wooden house heats up under the sunlight but cools down quickly at night. Self check-in was easy.

First of all, we didn't receive the baby crib, which we explicitly asked for. As check-in and check-out were self-service, there was no one on site to contact. The bedroom was very small, with a tiny wardrobe and no cupboards. The mattress was in a pretty bad shape: creaking and bumpy springs. Might have been just fine if we didn't sleep together with a baby on it... We didn't like the towels provided: some of them smelled unpleasant, which means they were not properly washed. Also, all of them were hand towels, which were too small to use for the shower. To make matters worse, the sink in the bathroom was congested and smelled somewhat unpleasant. We gave feedback to the property owners, and they promised to address those cleanliness issues. Another thing we didn't like: there was no shower gel and no shampoo, even though they were listed in the list of amenities: we only found a limited amount of cheap handsoap at the sink. Lastly, the self check-out was quite a hassle, as the front gate of the resort can only be opened by a remote inside the house, and the waste containers are really far away from the house...

Handdoeken, mag wel net iets luxer voor gasten (materiaal/uitstraling). Kussens erg plat en slap. Matrassen kamer ouders hebben we niet heel top op geslapen maar voor 2 nachtjes was het prima.

Sehr privat, ruhig, trotzdem nahe am Zentrum. Parkplatz am Chalet Klimaanlage Gracht am Haus, Blick auf das Wasser vom Wohnzimmer aus, mit Steg zum Verweilen. Terasse mit Tisch und genügend Stühlen, großer Sonnenschirm Fliegennetze an den Fenstern und an der Wohnzimmertür, das ist wirklich super. Große Dusche. Lichtdurchflutet Küchenzeile mit Ofen. Viele Küchenutensilien schon vorhanden. Dunstabzug vorhanden, Gasherd (Rauchmelder funktioniert 😅🤣) Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Mülltüten, Kaffeepads, Kinderhochstuhl, alles schon da. Staubsauger, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett vorhanden und Spiele Hausnr 35 Rezeption um Boote und Fahrräder auszuleihen (Fahrräder über die Velotowebsite, aber die helfen dort) Boote wissen wir nicht, aber man kann von dort aus an seinen Steg. Inhaber immer schnell geantwortet. CheckIn Instructions verständnisvoll, Checkout auch einfach, Kurtaxe konnten wir auf den Tisch legen.

"nicht gefallen" ist eher die falsche Betonung. Der Parkplatz ist für einen Ford Custom etwas tricky, aber man kommt schon rein. Waschmaschine oder einen Service dort gibt es nicht. Aber die Gastgeber haben sich die Mühe gemacht und mir eine Seite empfohlen. Ich empfehle Rei in der Tube mitzunehmen. Wir waren zu dritt, 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind, dafür fand ich gab es zu wenig Stauraum für die Kleidung (persönliches Empfinden) Verdunklung der Zimmer war etwas wenig. Im Kinderzimmer gab es einen hellen Vorhang und im Doppelbettzimmer gab es zumindest eine Jalousie.

Tolle Lage, super eingerichtet und nette Gastgeberin die den self check in und check out perfekt beschrieben hat.
