Dar Ghax-Xemx Farmhouse

This was a real character home. Very cozy and comfortable.

La casa è molto spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort, si trova proprio al centro della città e c'è un grande parcheggio gratuito a 5/10 minuti di distanza. L' host è stato molto disponibile e rapido nel risolvere un piccolo inconveniente che si è presentato.

L' aria condizionata è a pagamento in base al consumo e andrebbe specificato nella descrizione dei servizi.

Beautifully renovated traditional Gozan farmhouse, with thick stone walls, just behind the blue door. Lots of space. Roof top balcony, too hot for us, but loved sitting in the courtyard or on the verandah. Everything worked well. So convenient for getting around Gozo, able to bus or Uber.

It didn’t put us off at all - in fact loved them - but if you are a light sleeper the bells from citadel may put you off. Nothing that a pair of earplugs won’t sort.

Been to 113 countries & this rates as one of my best experiences. Clean, Quiet, Comfortable, Centre of town, Solid Wifi & George is quick to respond!

Lovely location. Quiet street with no cars. Comfortable property and spacious.

Would have liked a coffee maker of some sort. Could hear the church bells all night.

This property was amazing!! The location in the old town made it very easy to walk around and enjoy. We bought groceries and had everything in the kitchen that we required to make meals. The outdoor and indoor space was great and private and very comfortable. You can’t go wrong booking this place.

For us parking was an issue on two of the nights resulting in parking tickets but absolutely not the fault of the accommodation. Gozo has very strict parking rules so be aware because they follow through.

Just returned from a few days in Gozo, spent at this charming farmhouse. The well lit alley full of plants leads you to the bright blue door and into the yard. There is a kitchen, dining and tv room downstairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. George was at hand to show me how to manage the bewildering range of channels and promptly changed the modem when it turned out to be faulty. Lots of blankets available and I did make use of the heating (only 2euro a night). We loved staying in this old part of rabat, spending our evenings at the cosy St George's square nearby where you can dine and drink .. a good time was had by all !
