The guesthouse was very clean and cozy. It even had a nice fireplace for cold nights. The kitchen was quite nice with everything you need. The shower was spacious and clean. Our dogs loved the garden and the company of horses, and they loved playing with Frodo the owners dog.

Maybe thicker bed sheets would have been nice for cold months :)

Very grateful for the pick up possibility from P&R Gieten. We had amazing weather and an amazing one night! Peaceful, quiet and cuddling with the horses was a big bonus.

This well-appointed guest house is in a beautiful, quiet location in the countryside but still less than ten minutes from two small towns with plenty of grocery stores and small shops available. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and all the basic necessities for cooking, and the owner provides ecologically friendly cleaning materials. Towels and linens were clean and smelled neutral, no overpowering perfumes or odors. The owners are a lovely couple who live on site and are present if you have a question, but they also respect the guests' privacy. We particularly enjoyed the wood stove, and they kept the firewood pile well stocked for us. Lovely hosts with a lovely home, we will certainly stay here again if we're ever in the area. Thank you! P.S. Their dog Frodo is a lovely golden retriever cross who will joyfully greet you at the fence between his yard and the guest house for a game of fetch if you'd be so kind as to throw his ball for him. 10/10 he is a very good boy. :)

Honestly, everything was lovely. An induction burner would have been the perfect touch to complete the kitchen, but the hot plate burners that are provided are quite sufficient for cooking (they just take a little while to really get going, and then stay hot for a bit after you turn them off).
